Prepare the Garlic SauceHeat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until lightly golden and fragrant (about 2 minutes). Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and chili flakes (if using). Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes.
