Breakfast Casserole Crescent Roll

A delicious breakfast casserole made with crescent rolls, eggs, cheese, and sausage.

Ingredients

  • 1can of crescent roll dough
  • 6eggs
  • 1 cupof shredded cheese
  • 1 cupof cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cupof milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked sausage and cheese to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll dough in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can substitute the sausage with bacon or vegetables for a different flavor.
This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
Serve with fresh fruit or a side salad for a complete meal.
