Breakfast Tater Tots Casserole

A hearty breakfast casserole featuring crispy tater tots, eggs, cheese, and sausage.

  • 1bag frozen tater tots
  • 6large eggs
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cupcooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the frozen tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Add crumbled sausage and half of the cheese to the egg mixture and stir.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots in the baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute the sausage with bacon or ham.
Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
This casserole can be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
