Delicious brown sugar chocolate chip cookies that are soft and chewy.

1 cupunsalted butter, softened
1 cupbrown sugar, packed
1/2 cupgranulated sugar
2large eggs
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
3 cupsall-purpose flour
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1/2 teaspoonsalt
2 cupschocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
