Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast casserole that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls with a custard base.

  • 1can of cinnamon rolls
  • 4large eggs
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cupmaple syrup
  • 1/2 cupchopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls evenly.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top if using.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with additional maple syrup if desired.
Can be made the night before and refrigerated before baking.
