Creamy Crockpot Chicken

A simple and comforting creamy chicken dish made in a crockpot.

  • 4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cupchicken broth
  • 1packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cupcream cheese
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Stir until cheese is melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

Serve with rice or pasta for a complete meal.
You can add vegetables like broccoli or carrots for more nutrition.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
