Crockpot French Toast

This Crockpot French Toast is an easy and delicious breakfast option that you can prepare the night before.

Ingredients

  • 1loaf of bread, cubed
  • 8eggs
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoonground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cupbutter, melted

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  3. Add the cubed bread and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the bread is set.
  6. Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar.

Notes

For best results, use stale bread.
You can add fruits or nuts to the mixture for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
