Crockpot Italian Beef

A simple and flavorful crockpot Italian beef recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cupbeef broth
  • 1jar (16 oz) pepperoncini peppers
  • 1onion, sliced
  • 4cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the beef.
  3. Add the beef broth, pepperoncini peppers, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  6. Shred the beef with two forks before serving.

Notes

Serve on rolls for a sandwich.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freezes well for later use.
