Crockpot Pulled Chicken

Slow cooked pulled chicken that is tender and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cupchicken broth
  • 1/2 cupBBQ sauce
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Add BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce.
  6. Serve on buns or over rice.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to your taste.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Freezes well for up to 3 months.
