A delicious eggless breakfast casserole perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 cupmixed vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions)
  • 1 cupcheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoonItalian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, mixed vegetables, and cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
