Whip up these quick and elegant Burrata Bruschettas for your next get-together! Creamy burrata and a fresh tomato-basil mix on crispy bread.

  • 1large baguette, sliced into1/2inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 2ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cupfresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 8 ouncesburrata cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
  4. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Once the baguette slices are toasted, let them cool slightly, then top each slice with a generous spoonful of burrata, and place the tomato-basil mixture
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
