  • 1fresh mango, diced
  • 1small red onion, diced
  • 1 cupcucumber, thinly sliced
  • For the Dressing:
  • 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  • 1/4 cuprice vinegar
  • 1/4 cupbalsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 teaspoonkosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1 ouncegreen onions, sliced into1-inch thin strips
  • 4 ouncessweet and sour sauce
  • 4 ouncesmacadamia nuts, toasted and chopped
  • 4 ouncescarrots, peeled and sliced into1-inch thin strips
  • 2 teaspoonswhite sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoonsblack sesame seeds
  • 8(6-inch) egg roll wrappers, fried until crispy

Instructions

  1. Season the grilled chicken slices with Chinese Five Spice Powder.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, chicken, bell peppers, green beans, red onion, and mango. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  3. In a separate small bowL, whisk together rice vinegar, balsamic vinaigrette, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat.
  5. Lightly brush each crispy egg roll wrapper with sweet and sour sauce.
  6. In individual serving bowls, layer the dressed salad, place a crispy egg roll wrapper on top, and repeat the layering process as desired.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions, macadamia nuts, carrots, and both types of sesame seeds before serving.
