French Toast Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy French Toast Breakfast Casserole perfect for brunch.

  • 1loaf of bread, cubed
  • 6large eggs
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupmaple syrup
  • 1/2 cupbutter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and melted butter.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated.
Top with fresh fruit or powdered sugar for serving.
