Gluten Free Green Bean Casserole

A gluten free version of the classic green bean casserole, perfect for holidays or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1can (10.5 oz) gluten free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupgluten free fried onion rings
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce (glutenfree)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the green beans to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with gluten free fried onion rings.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding garlic or onion powder.
You can use fresh or frozen green beans.
