Green Bean Casserole Gluten Free

A comforting green bean casserole made gluten free for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 4 cupsfresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cupgluten-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupfried onions
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine gluten-free cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with fried onions.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen green beans for best results.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Feel free to add cooked chicken or turkey for a heartier dish.
