Green Bean Stuffing Casserole

A delicious green bean stuffing casserole perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 cupsfresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupcrispy fried onions
  • 2 cupsstuffing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoononion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add in the stuffing mix and half of the crispy fried onions; mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, stir gently, and top with remaining crispy fried onions.
  7. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, ensure the soup is vegetarian.
You can add cooked chicken for added protein.
Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
