1 1/4pounds ground turkey
1egg
1 cupfresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cupfeta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoonsfresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoonfresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoonsolive oil
6 ouncesgreen salad mix, for serving
Green Goddess salad dressing (for drizzling)
Instructions
1-Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2-Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, egg, chopped spinach, feta cheese, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Combine gently until everything is mixed well, but avoid over-mixing.
3-Form Patties: Shape the mixture into 6 patties using your hands.
4-Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the patties to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are browned. Be careful when flipping the patties as they are tender due to the feta cheese.
5-Bake: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake the patties for another 10 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If your skillet isn’t large enough, you can place the patties on a baking sheet instead.
6-Serve: Allow the patties to cool slightly before serving. Serve them with a green salad mix and drizzle with Green Goddess salad dressing.
