  • 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped chives
  • 1 cupshredded white sharp cheddar cheese
  • Cheese Ball Toppings:
  • 1 cupchopped dried cranberries
  • 1 cupchopped pecans or almonds
  • 1/2 cupsliced green onions or chives
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped parsley
  • Garnish:
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. For Ranch Cheese Balls:
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined. Set aside.
  4. For Zesty Herb Cheese Balls:
  5. Combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, and chopped chives. Stir well.
  7. Fold in the shredded white cheddar cheese.
  8. Cheese Ball Prep:
