Kentucky Butter Breakfast Casserole

  • 6 cupsof cubed bread
  • 8large eggs
  • 2 cupsof milk
  • 1 cupof shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cupof melted butter
  • 1 cupof sugar
  • 1 teaspoonof vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoonof ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the cubed bread and cheese, then mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
