2cans refrigerated biscuits (7.5 oz. each)
4 ozmozzarella cheese, cut into20cubes
4 tablespoonsbutter, melted
1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
Fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
1pinch salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Carefully fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal them tightly. Place each sealed biscuit on the baking sheet, making sure they are spaced at least 1 inch apart.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
While the biscuits are baking, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
Once the biscuits are done, remove them from the oven and immediately brush them with the prepared butter mixture.
