Sausage And Peppers Crockpot

A simple and flavorful dish made in a crockpot with sausage and peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1pound Italian sausage
  • 2bell peppers, sliced
  • 1onion, sliced
  • 3cloves garlic, minced
  • 1can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 teaspoonItalian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the sausages in the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic on top.
  3. Pour the diced tomatoes over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir before serving.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread or over rice.
You can use any type of sausage you prefer.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
