Crockpot French Dip
A simple and flavorful crockpot French dip sandwich made with tender beef and savory broth.
Ingredients

- 3pounds beef chuck roast
- 1onion, sliced
- 4cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cupsbeef broth
- 1 cupwater
- 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoondried thyme
- 1 teaspoonblack pepper
- 8hoagie rolls
- Swiss cheese, for serving
Instructions
- Place the beef roast in the crockpot.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic on top of the beef.
- Pour in beef broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Remove the beef and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded beef to the broth in the crockpot.
- Toast hoagie rolls and fill with shredded beef and cheese.
- Serve with broth for dipping.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Can use other cheeses if preferred.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
