A delicious breakfast casserole made with crescent rolls, eggs, cheese, and sausage.
Ingredients

- 1can of crescent roll dough
- 6eggs
- 1 cupof shredded cheese
- 1 cupof cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cupof milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked sausage and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll dough in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can substitute the sausage with bacon or vegetables for a different flavor.
This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
Serve with fresh fruit or a side salad for a complete meal.
