- 4 cupsdiced potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes, eggs, cheese, milk, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add cooked sausage or bacon for extra flavor.
