A hearty breakfast casserole featuring layers of biscuits, eggs, cheese, and sausage.
Ingredients

- 1can of refrigerated biscuits
- 6large eggs
- 1 cupof shredded cheddar cheese
- 1pound of breakfast sausage
- 1 cupof milk
- 1 teaspoonof salt
- 1/2 teaspoonof black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and spread them in a greased baking dish.
- Add the cooked sausage over the biscuits.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and sausage.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
Notes
Serve warm for best flavor.
You can substitute sausage with bacon or ham if desired.
Add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
