A simple and flavorful crockpot Italian beef recipe.
Ingredients

- 3pounds beef chuck roast
- 1packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 cupbeef broth
- 1jar (16 oz) pepperoncini peppers
- 1onion, sliced
- 4cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the beef.
- Add the beef broth, pepperoncini peppers, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks before serving.
Notes
Serve on rolls for a sandwich.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freezes well for later use.
