Sausage Gravy Breakfast Casserole
A hearty and comforting breakfast casserole featuring sausage and gravy.
Ingredients

- 1pound breakfast sausage
- 1can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cupmilk
- 6eggs
- 1package (16 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and eggs.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the cooked sausage over the dough.
- Pour the soup mixture over the sausage.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Notes
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Customize with your favorite vegetables or spices.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
