Crockpot Mississippi Chicken is a flavorful and easy dish made with chicken, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini peppers.

- 4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1packet ranch seasoning
- 1packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cupunsalted butter
- 6–8pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Add the butter on top of the seasonings.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce before serving.
Notes
Serve on buns, rice, or with vegetables.
This dish can be frozen for later use.
Adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers based on your spice preference.
