These vegan chocolate chip cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 1 cupall-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/4 teaspoonsalt
- 1/4 cupcoconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cupbrown sugar
- 1/4 cupalmond milk
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/2 cupvegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and brown sugar.
- Add almond milk and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and stir well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container.
For a sweeter cookie, add more sugar.
Use non-dairy chocolate chips for a completely vegan treat.
