A hearty breakfast casserole featuring tater tots, eggs, and cheese.

- 1bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 6large eggs
- 1 cupmilk
- 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
- 1pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoonsalt
- 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the frozen tater tots evenly.
- Layer the cooked sausage over the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and sausage.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
Feel free to substitute the cheese with your favorite type.
This dish can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning.
