A hearty and easy-to-make casserole featuring hashbrowns, cheese, and creamy ingredients, perfect for any meal.

- 2lbs frozen hashbrowns
- 1can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cupsour cream
- 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cupchopped onion
- 1/4 cupmelted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Add the frozen hashbrowns, chopped onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased crockpot.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until hot and bubbly.
Notes
You can add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
Feel free to use different types of cheese.
This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before cooking.
