Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast is a tender and flavorful beef dish cooked slowly with seasoning and pepperoncini.
Ingredients

- 3to4pounds chuck roast
- 1packet ranch dressing mix
- 1packet au jus gravy mix
- 8to10pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cupunsalted butter
Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers on top.
- Cut the butter into pieces and place it on top of the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Shred the meat and serve with the juices.
Notes
You can serve the pot roast over rice or mashed potatoes.
Adjust the number of pepperoncini to your spice preference.
