Crockpot Tomato Soup
A simple and delicious crockpot tomato soup perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2cans of diced tomatoes (14.5 ozeach)
- 1 cupof vegetable broth
- 1medium onion, chopped
- 2cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoonof dried basil
- 1 teaspoonof dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoonof salt
- 1/4 teaspoonof black pepper
- 1 cupof heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
- Stir the mixture well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Puree the soup using an immersion blender until smooth.
- Stir in the heavy cream and heat for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
This soup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
