A hearty and nutritious egg breakfast casserole perfect for any morning.
Ingredients

- 8large eggs
- 1 cupmilk
- 1 cupdiced bell peppers
- 1 cupdiced onions
- 2 cupsshredded cheese
- 1 cupdiced cooked ham
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
- 1 teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add diced bell peppers, onions, ham, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
