A gluten free version of the classic green bean casserole, perfect for holidays or family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1can (10.5 oz) gluten free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cupmilk
- 1 cupgluten free fried onion rings
- 1 teaspoonsoy sauce (glutenfree)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the green beans to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with gluten free fried onion rings.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding garlic or onion powder.
You can use fresh or frozen green beans.
