A comforting green bean casserole made in a crockpot for easy preparation.
Ingredients

- 4 cupsfresh green beans, trimmed
- 1can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cupmilk
- 1 cupFrench fried onions
- 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the green beans and half of the French fried onions to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the green beans are tender.
- During the last 30 minutes, top with the remaining French fried onions.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Adjust cooking time based on your crockpot’s settings.
You can use frozen green beans if fresh ones are unavailable.
For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon bits.
