- 1/2 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cuperythritol sweetener
- 1/4 cupmelted coconut oil
- 2large eggs
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 1/2 tspbaking soda
- 1/4 tspsalt
- 1/2 cupsugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.
