Ingredients

- 1 cupunsalted butter, softened
- 1 cupbrown sugar
- 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
- 1package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2large eggs
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 3 cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 tspbaking soda
- 1/2 tspsalt
- 2 cupschocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
For chewier cookies, do not overbake.
You can use different types of chocolate chips if desired.
Store cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
