A simple and flavorful dish made in a crockpot with sausage and peppers.
Ingredients

- 1pound Italian sausage
- 2bell peppers, sliced
- 1onion, sliced
- 3cloves garlic, minced
- 1can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoonItalian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the sausages in the crockpot.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic on top.
- Pour the diced tomatoes over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread or over rice.
You can use any type of sausage you prefer.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
