A delicious breakfast casserole made with cinnamon rolls, perfect for a crowd.
Ingredients

- 2cans of cinnamon rolls (with icing)
- 4large eggs
- 1 cupmilk
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
- 1/2 cupmaple syrup
- 1/4 cupchopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
- Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon rolls on top before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use half and half instead of milk.
You can add fruit like apples or berries for extra sweetness.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
