Tatertots Casserole Breakfast
A hearty breakfast casserole featuring crispy tater tots, eggs, sausage, and cheese.

- 1bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 1lb ground breakfast sausage
- 6large eggs
- 1 cupmilk
- 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tspsalt
- 1/2 tspblack pepper
- 1/2 tspgarlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a greased baking dish, spread half of the tater tots evenly.
- Add the cooked sausage over the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture on top of the sausage.
- Sprinkle the remaining tater tots over the egg mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
Notes
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
You can substitute sausage with bacon or ham.
Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
